AtScale is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team in our Bulgaria office. In this role, you will be a part of our sales development program giving you the tools to kick off a bright future in B2B technology sales. Your job will be to uncover opportunities in accounts across Europe and Asia. We will enable and develop your skills across technical selling, demand generation, sales operations, networking, and technical acumen.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
- Work collaboratively with Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies to secure discovery meetings with enterprise organizations, with the intent of assessing the prospect’s potential for working with AtScale.
- Build the beginning of a six-figure enterprise deal
- Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive.
You must have:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Statistics
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- A keenly developed competitive nature
