We’re excited to share that Amy Miller has joined AtScale as our new Vice President of Customer Success.
Amy will lead AtScale’s global customer success organization, with a focus on driving customer adoption, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes across the enterprise. As more organizations rely on governed semantic layers to power AI initiatives and analytics, ensuring customers achieve consistent, production-ready results has never been more important.
Amy brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling high-performing global teams across customer success, database engineering, support, and services organizations. Most recently, she led Customer Success and Database Engineering teams at Amazon Web Services, supporting mission-critical services including Amazon Redshift and Amazon Aurora. In that role, she focused on helping enterprise customers operationalize large-scale data platforms and achieve production-grade results.
Prior to AWS, Amy served as Vice President of Customer Success for the Vertica Analytics Data Platform at Micro Focus, overseeing global teams across technical support, professional services, technical alliances, and customer success management. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and Vertica Systems, and began her career as a Senior Principal Support Engineer at Oracle.
