We are looking for a Technical Consultant – Professional Services to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.
The Impact You’ll Make
In this role, you will:
- Install, configure, and integrate information systems and software on Linux and Kubernetes environments to ensure seamless functionality for our customers.
- Manage network servers, technology tools, and security protocols, including access controls, firewalls, and backup/recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot outages, and upgrade systems with new releases to ensure our technology runs smoothly and efficiently.

Who You Are
- You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
- You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency.
- You have experience with Kubernetes, Active Directory, Linux system administration, and scripting in Python or Shell.
- You are based in or able to work hours that support a globally distributed team (U.S., EMEA, or India).
