According to MuleSoft’s 2021 Connectivity Benchmark report, one of the key findings was that “IT delivery continues to stall.” The reports shares that “Only 37% of IT teams were able to complete all the projects asked of them, compared to 41% the previous year,” further indicating the need for teams to reevaluate workflows and empower a self-service culture across the board to meet business expectations.
